Advanced Care Veterinary Hospital is a thriving small animal and exotic practice committed to providing high-quality patient care, and we are ready to hire a full-time veterinary receptionist to join our exceptional team.
If you have a can do attitude, believe that cool heads and teamwork prevail, and want to be a part of a team dedicated to the well-being of employees, clients, and patients, we want to hear from you! Our veterinary receptionist works independently and in coordination with other staff, assisting clients by answering calls, setting appointments, welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate location for exams or treatment, handling invoicing and receipts, and general office duties.
This position may include cross-training in other areas.
We are a four-doctor practice with a highly-trained support staff in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Our facility is complete with a large surgical suite, dental suite, ultrasound, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, underwater treadmill and much more.
