Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Coordinate with Techs to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times - Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to customers - Verify customer information and collect payments - Verify with Techs if Jobs are complete or need follow up visits - Assist Techs with data input and pricing mark ups
